The film focuses on their innovative mapping tools, TimberMatic (the machine control system) and TimberManager (the office management system).<\/p>\n
The project was not merely about showcasing new software, but about illustrating how John Deere’s integrated platform creates a seamless digital workflow that dramatically increases productivity.<\/p>\n
Filmed in the authentic and demanding environment of Southern Sweden, the production effectively demonstrates TimberMatic in operation and the synergy effects between the harvester and the forwarder. It also shows how TimberManager facilitates production management, enabling them to track production data and optimize logistics using accurate first-party data from the field.<\/p>\n
The film clearly communicates the tangible customer benefits enabled by the mapping service: optimized harvesting in the form of reduced downtime, increased precision through improved traceability and documentation, and secured profitability by allowing for data-driven decisions that lead to a more profitable business across the entire chain.<\/p>\n
